These Terms of Service apply when you visit ArcosGear, use the store, or place an order. They are general customer information and do not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.

Products and information

We try to keep product information, prices, images, sizes, colors, variants, and availability accurate. Small differences can happen due to screen settings, supplier updates, or product revisions.

Content about posture, neck comfort, back comfort, sitting habits, and desk setup is general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For severe, persistent, worsening, or radiating pain, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Orders, payment, and delivery

Orders are placed through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order may be declined, canceled, or refunded if payment fails, stock is unavailable, shipping is not possible, or a product or price error is discovered.

Shipping times can vary by product, supplier, destination, carrier, customs checks, and order volume. Tracking information is shared after dispatch when available.

Returns and refunds

ArcosGear offers a 30-day return window so customers can check product fit in a real desk setup. Where legal withdrawal rights apply, customers may also have statutory online purchase rights. Returned products should be complete, clean, handled with care, and returned with reasonable packaging.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate order, delivery, billing, and contact information. Use products normally, carefully, and lawfully, and follow reasonable setup, safety, and care instructions.

Reviews and content

Reviews and customer content should be honest, relevant, and based on real experience. We may reject or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, spammy, fake, or unrelated.

Liability and rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ArcosGear is not liable for indirect loss, business loss, lost profits, or misuse of products outside normal intended use.
